Refund policy:

You may cancel your Harper subscription within 24 hours and receive a full refund. The cancellation request must be sent to meetharper@ispn.com within 24 hours of payment being made.

Shipping or delivery policy:

Once payment is made, you will receive an email with your Harper login credentials and onboarding instructions.

Cancellation policy:

You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice via email to meetharper@ispn.com. Upon cancellation, the Customer remains obligated to pay any outstanding payments for the remainder of the current annual contract term. No refunds or credits will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription.
